heh,bkesan ke teeth whitening nih?

berbaloi ke rm1300 terbang demi kasi gigi cerah sket dr kaler dulu? (cuz u can never get a Megan Fox's fabulous smile if u r naturally not blessed with super clorox white teeth,and that would be me)

lagi satu,risk kne cancer dr laser treatment lagik! (cuak taaakkk~)

tapi to tell u the truth,,it does work. at least to me :)

i had a laser treatment done last october dan bjaye cerah kn gigi ke 9 shades lighter.

impressive kn! tp 9 shades tu sbnanye xde la nmpk obvious sgt, but still sgt membantu membina self esteem taw.

i mmg memiliki gigi yg kuat dan sehat tapi yellowish sbb amik byk antibiotik dr kcik.

dan dr kcik jgak la my teeth has become my biggest issue.

my weight is my second biggest issue sbb i mula gemok ketika dalam tingkatan 4 (heh!).

so, last year i decided to give myself a birthday present since i xde wat any special celebration pon last year,, totally none!

so i wat research sket and weigh my options.

and finally decide to go to one of the clinic ( kt shah alam je) yg menawarkan harge yg agak murah dari pasaran subang dan KL. (anyone interested can baZz me for details k)

my 1st visit has made me tried the d.i.y kit that cost me rm250 (sungguh murah!).

this thing works overnight. ia berbentuk gel jernih yg memiliki kepekatan kandungan agent pencerah yg berbeza mengikut individu.

mine was 22%. which is agk tggi dr normal. (normally 18%-20%,based on my research for U.S dentistry laa)

bley je nk pkai skejap tp mcm rugi la kn.

this jelly akn melunturkn warna gigi yg tercemar oleh mknn mcm kafein (rokok pon ade ni) dan junk food lazat seperti Super Ring (my fav!) or kesan lain mcm antibiotik berlebihan dan me-reveal-kn warna gigi yg lbey cerah tanpa cemaran.

AMARAN: gel tu x bley kne kt gusi byk sgt,,nnt ngilu dan saket. plus,efek die lbey sket to girls becoz we are naturally created with less amount of zinc (kot,x sure plak) as compared to guys. (lagi lagi if u pna melahirkan,,lagiiiiii laa)

so the whitening kit will look like this -->

u will have to visit the clinic twice.

once utk buat replica gigi u mcm in the pix.

(heh,,burok nye gigi ku,,kantoi!)

this will be like a template la utk buat satu lapisan nipis yg btol btol fits ur teeth n pastikan ble u sapu gel tu,,it won't spill anywhere else n so that u cn cover ur teeth evenly with the gel. (xde la becapok kannn)

gel tu di dtg kn dlm syringe yg handy utk u picit sket2 dan sapu kt ruang sempit kt acuan gigi u tu.

some clinic akn bg free ubat gigi pemutih n i got yg jname pearl white mcm dlm tv tu (tapi kcikkkk jeee).

after several days, i mle rse x saba dgn proses yg lmbt dn leceh tu.

i mean, i kn nk jd kn gigi cerah as my b'day present. x kn la nk tggu next b'day br dpt present tu kan??

so i went to the dentist dan buat another treatment.

this cost me a hell rm1300. (tp kire plg murah nk compare subang n KL)

yg ni i xde pix nk share plak.

tp it works in just 45 minutes easy job.

u baring kt dlm tu.

doktor cek cek gigi,if sehat (like mine,,hee~) meaning xde karak,tar highway, or lobang of any kind) u r good to go!

nganga luas luas, doktor kasi cover all ur gums with something (x taw ape, but this thing will protect ur gums from any harm coming from the laser light) and die cover ur teeth with a whitening gel (the exact same gel yg i bli the other day,just this one yg baru la kan) and die laser ur teeth with a blue light for 15 minutes. this repeats for 3 times dan slepas 45 minit ini la hasil nye!

plus, ur teeth kurang kalis air dan mungkin akn rse sakit2 ngilu sket (depending on the person) but these will stop s0on.

blog ini baru mendapat makeover 4 minit lepas. da xde ais krim perasa vanilla lemak manis di saluti perasa limau masam yg lazat mahupun cendawan montel yg juicy beserta lolipop bulat berwarna warni lagi. saye suda melompat ke tahun 2010 dan saye rse mcm da turn into a ladaayyyyh~!

dah tak suka ade fringe, da xmo pakai bedak (this explains why muka cam baru bangon tdo jek even pg klas kol 4 ptg,,opps,,mmg salu tdo pon sblom pg klas ptg,,recharge bebeh!), da tak sebat selipar nipih je pegi sane sini dgn dress (skali skala tringin pkai heels jgak), dan dah make much more sense (azzam pon stuju nihh).

pertama kali ade azam taun baru yang ajaib nye sdang dalam progress. (tpok tpok tpok!!)

ohh chenta,, i guess, i am a year older :))
